Chocolate Protein Smoothie

This is my go to smoothie if I need something quick to make and I know will keep me feeling satisfied for a long time. If I have this for breakfast it will keep me going till late afternoon and keep my energy levels good. Its packed full of plant proteins and tastes amazing,


1/2 Pint coconut water.

Smallish handful of blanched almonds.

Smallish handful of chia seeds.

Smallish handful of pumpkin seeds,

1 Heaped dessertspoon of almond nut butter.

Pinch of himalayan rock salt.

1 Level tablespoon of cacao powder.

Maple syrup to sweeten if required.


Just blitz everything together in a blender till smooth.
